An NWS protocol for domain requests from SPC/WPC on VLAB-WoFS is in place through September. WoFS runs are expected when exceeding these minimum criteria: SPC Convective Outlooks of Enhanced, Fire Weather Outlooks of Extremely Critical or Scattered Dry T-Storm, and WPC Excessive Rainfall Outlooks of Slight (West) and Enhanced-Slight (seen internally; East). Increased WoFS availability is expected to continue beyond September. NSSL will occasionally perform real-time runs for other events on the original cb-WoFS page, so users may wish to bookmark both VLAB-WoFS and cb-WoFS.
